Remarks
- The above rates are in USD per person.
- No booking or reservation made yet.
- No withholding tax on airfare as we will provide tax exemption certificate
- Kindly take notes the package price advised with number 22 Passengers. If the number of passengers change you need to advise us again in order for us to re-quote the package cost based on the new number of passengers each time
- The above rates are based according to the current rate of exchange @ USD 295.00 and which is subject to change in case of major fluctuation.
- Hotel rooms are purely subject to available at the time of group confirmation
- For airfare SRB (100 PKR Per Ticket) will be deducted against Service Charge (2,000 Per Person).
- The above rates quoted is valid till 01st March
Registration Changes and Cancellation:
- Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the ADA Registration
- For a full refund of the registration fee, requests must be received on or before May 8
- Cancellation requests received between May 9, 2025 and June 12, 2025 will receive a full refund of the registration fee less a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests received after June 12, 2025 will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend due to circumstances related to COVID-19 then a full refund may be considered.
- ADA donations and Membership fees are non-refundable.
- All attempts will be made to process refunds within 30 days of cancellation.
8% Gerrys Service Charges will apply on Registration + 7% Bank Charges as per actual.
