Day 1, Arrival
 
Welcome to Stockholm! Upon arrival at Stockholm Airport/Stockholm Central Train Station meet your car and transfer to the hotel. Check in and spend the rest of day at leisure. Overnight Stockholm.
 
Day 2, Stockholm
 
After breakfast, begin your day in the “Capital of Scandinavia” with a Hop on/off tour. Boasting a 700 year-old history, the city is home to grand public buildings, palaces and has a rich cultural history. Stockholm is world famous for being stunningly picturesque and sits on 14 islands. Discover the renowned Royal Palace, gothic churches, Swedish design-ware shops and excellent cafés and restaurants.
 
Take the bus tour to Old Town, which is the original heart of Stockholm. Browse the souvenir shops and visit the trendy district SoFo at Södermalm with its restaurants, pubs and boutiques. Admire exhibitions by famous photographers and peruse the shop dedicated to the medium of photography at Fotografiska. Hop off at City Hall which attracts around 400,000 visitors annually and holds the most exclusive ballroom in Stockholm, hosting the the annual Nobel Prize Banquet.
 
For the best shopping in town, head for Hamngatan, Stureplan and Strandvägen. This is also the main hub for dining, whether simple or fancy. Overnight Stockholm.
 
Day 3, Extend your stay or depart
Extend your stay or take your private transfer to Stockholm Airport/Stockholm Central Train Station.

Cruise overnight between Helsinki and Stockholm 

The best way to travel between Helsinki and Stockholm is by overnight cruise on-board one of Viking Line’s ships. Depart in the afternoon from the city centre and cruise through the archipelago on your way across the Baltic Sea.
